FITNESS SOLUTIONS brings to co clare the new fitness phenominan of FITNESS Bootcamp workouts.

There are two types of workouts one in our studios and the other is outdoors.

We have carried over the unquieness of ‘one workout fits all’ from our infamous Ultimate fat burn workouts to the bootcamp model.

You work at your own level with your own body weight or an appropriate weight you can lift and it works on the ‘time per STATION model’ rather than number of reps per STATION.

All bootcamp workouts are result driven exercises that SHOULD SEE those pounds of fat drop off.
